Terms of Service

Commercial governance covering retail purchases, Cash on Delivery fulfillment, salon wholesale stockist covenants, and legal jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan.

1. Commercial Agreement & Operational Scope

By browsing magichairoil.com, placing an order for Magic Hair Oil, or registering a customer or wholesale stockist account, you enter into a legally binding sales contract governed by these terms.

These terms govern all transactions between you and Magic Hair Oil (headquartered at Gulberg Main Boulevard, Lahore, Pakistan). If you do not agree to every term stated herein, you must refrain from utilizing this storefront or placing product reservations.

2. Domestic Delivery & Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

We provide domestic Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan via TCS Express Courier:

  • Automated Telemetry Verification: Orders placed via Cash on Delivery undergo automated telephone or SMS confirmation prior to fulfillment from our Lahore Logistics Hub.
  • Rider Remittance Obligation: Customers agree to inspect the exterior shipping packaging and remit the exact invoice payable amount to the courier rider upon delivery. Unjustified delivery refusal results in immediate blacklisting from future COD ordering across our distribution network.
  • Courier Delivery SLA: Standard domestic delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. Courier route delays resulting from extreme weather or transit disruptions are communicated via tracking telemetry.

3. Salon Wholesale Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

To protect brand equity and ensure sustainable retail profit margins for accredited beauty parlors, aesthetic clinics, and professional stylists, all wholesale accounts must comply with the Magic Hair Oil Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy:

  • Wholesale partners may not advertise, promote, or publicly display retail prices below the official recommended price of ₨ 2,450.00 per 200ml bottle without prior written authorization.
  • Violation of the MAP covenant will result in immediate termination of wholesale pricing and permanent forfeiture of future batch allocations.

4. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
