We strictly reject the sale, rental, or commercial exchange of customer telephone numbers, WhatsApp contact credentials, or delivery addresses with third-party telemarketing networks.
2. Information We Collect
- Delivery Telemetry: Customer name, shipping address, contact phone/WhatsApp number, and optional email address used for order notifications and rider delivery calls.
- Order Records: Products selected, order amounts in PKR or foreign currencies, courier tracking waybills, and payment verification records (such as bank transfer TID or screenshot uploads).
- Session Cookies: Used exclusively to preserve shopping bag contents and maintain your selected display currency across page visits.
3. Zero Financial Account Storage
Our web servers and MariaDB databases never record, store, or process sensitive banking PINs, wallet passwords, or complete credit/debit card numbers.
